Official Terms and Rules

Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. (WOTAW) is happy to conduct the raffle of a 2005 Mercedes Benz SL 500 and a Furnished (Turnkey: See disclosure for non-included items), luxury, estate home located at 3310 SE 17th Terrace, Ocala, FL 34471. The drawing to be held when entire allotment of tickets are sold. The drawing is scheduled to be held on April 10, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST. The drawing date may be accelerated or extended, this to be determined by tickets sold. See the website for the official drawing notification: www.WOTAW.com. Winner(s) need not be present to win. The Official Terms and Rules of the raffle/drawing are set forth herein. By entering the raffle/drawing, all entrant(s) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Terms and Rules, waive any right to claim ambiguity in the drawing or these Official Rules and further agree to be bound by Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc's decisions and interpretations of these Official Terms and Rules. By entering, all entrant(s) release Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc, owners of the auto & home, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Drawing open only to persons age 18 or older at the time of entry to purchase tickets, be a ticket holder, or win a prize. An affidavit of eligibility, photo identification, taxpayer identification number, and other information will be required from prize winner(s). Void where prohibited. This is not a lottery this is a raffle by chance. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. is obligated to report the value of the prize to tax authorities as income. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries accepted. The following individuals, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, IRS dependent, or step- or biological mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son) of, or who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the following categories, are not eligible to participate: * Employees of Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. * Any person engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials or prize supply for the drawing * Any person who resides in any area where this drawing, game by chance, would otherwise be prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER RAFFLE: To enter, a $10.00 (Ten US Dollars) raffle ticket can be purchased at the following internet website www.WOTAW.com. Must provide a valid e-mail address, full legal name, home phone, alternate phone, physical mailing address, mailing address. Tickets and payment confirmation will be provided electronically at time of purchase. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible in accordance with IRS regulations. No refunds are available and all ticket sales are otherwise final. Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. will reject any drawing ticket request if the check or credit card payment is not honored or is returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason prior and not remedied before the time of drawing. Correction of any such return or non-payment is the sole responsibility of the ticket purchaser. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local taxes associated with receipt or use of prize, including without limitation all applicable sales, use, luxury, income and special taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) must claim prizes with Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. and sign and deliver a completed W-9 form, or other form as required by law, to Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. no later than 5:00p.m. EST thirty (30) calendar days from announcement or first attempt to contact, or the prizes will be forfeited and awarded to alternate winner, see section (4.). Prizes are non transferable. Actual prizes may vary from photos used in print. No entrant(s) need be present or tour house to win. Winner(s) determined by random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held by Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. will notify winner(s) by telephone or email and U.S. certified mail return receipt on drawing day. To claim prizes, winner(s) must follow the instructions contained in their notification. Winner(s) must present proper ID, a valid state-issued driver's license or identification certificate. See section 4 below. Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false, and any ineligible, defective, incomplete or physically altered entry forms and entries that do not include valid or complete payment. Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. is not responsible for printing errors in any drawing-related material, or for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered mail, or any other failure to receive orders or deliver receipts prior to the drawing deadlines. All entries become the property of Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. and will not be returned.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER(S): Drawings: One (1) random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. as described below. Entrant(s) need not be present to win. All tickets will be verified and selected by a selected party. The winning ticket will be drawn onsite at 3310 SE 17th Terrace, Ocala, FL 34471 from all eligible ticket requests received. The winner(s) need not be present to win. Winner(s) name(s), not ticket numbers, will be called. The winner(s) will be called by name and verified by matching the ticket with the information in the records and the application form. All winner(s) will be notified by telephone, email or certified mail, return receipt requested, information as provided at ticket purchase. Notification by telephone will be made day of drawing. Email or U.S. certified mail, return receipt notification will be made within 24 hours of drawing. DRAWINGS: Ticket purchase deadline dates must be met to insure entry. GRAND PRIZES: The Grand Prizes are a Furnished (Turnkey : See disclosure for non-included items), luxurious estate home located at 3310 SE 17th Terrace, Ocala, FL 34471, and a excellent condition 2005 Mercedes Benz SL 500. Grand Prize Winner(s) may elect to forfeit Grand Prize of Furnished Home & Mercedes Benz SL 500 and accept certified appraised value of Grand Prize Furnished Home & Mercedes Benz SL 500 as cash equivalent Grand Prizes. In the event that all 150,000 tickets are not sold by the drawing date a 50/50 drawing will be held, with the winner receiving 50% (Fifty Percent) of the drawing proceeds and the other 50% (Fifty Percent) being awarded to the charity. The Grand Prizes Winner(s) assumes all fees, local, state, and federal taxes, and transfer taxes and any fees associated with transfer of the Grand Prizes. A W-9 form must be completed by the winner(s). Any withholdings if required, applicable to prizes will be required at the time of transfer of such prizes to the winner(s). No warranties, express or implied, are made or offered by Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. The GRAND PRIZE HOME AND AUTO provided "as is", with no guarantees or warranties from Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. or any other individuals or entities associated with this drawing. Winner(s) is advised to consult a professional tax advisor. Home interior decorating and furnishings are included (Personal items such as clothes, pictures and gifts are not included: See disclosure page for more details of non-included items) as part of the GRADE PRIZE HOME. Custom choices and upgrades are not available. Value of home determined by market analysis and may change under conditions of current housing market. Tax authorities may place a different value on the home for the purpose of determining any income, property, transfer, or other taxes that may be due from the Grand Prizes Winner(s). If any Grand Prizes Winner(s) cannot be located by 5p.m., thirty (30) calendar days after the announcement or thirty (30) days after prize notification, whichever is greater, or if the winner(s) deemed to be ineligible, such a winner(s) will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prizes and another winner(s) will be selected for such prizes. A list of winner(s) may be obtained by visiting www.WOTAW.com. List will be posted approximately 48 hours after final drawing. Requests in writing must be received or postmarked within seven days of the drawing and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. The IRS has decided that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries, or similar drawings for prizes are not gifts, and do not qualify as tax deductible charitable contributions.

4. NOTIFICATION: Entrant(s) whose ticket names(s) are drawn at the Grand Prize drawings will be deemed the winner(s) of the prize for that particular drawing ("Selected Entrant"). Selected Entrant(s) will be notified by phone and/or U.S. mail using the information provided on the Entry Form or to the operator ("Notification"). If any Selected Entrant(s) cannot be located or fails to return attempts to contact him/her by 5:00 p.m. thirty (30) days after Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Incorporated's first attempt to contact him/her, such Selected Entrant(s) will be deemed to have forfeited his and/or her prizes and another Selected Entrant(s) will be drawn. Each Selected Entrant(s) must execute an affidavit of eligibility/liability/terms and conditions/publicity release ("Release"). Selected Entrant(s) must provide all information requested to be eligible to win, including proof of age, proof of identity showing that the person claiming the prizes is the same Entrant(s) named on the winning ticket and, credit card used to purchase the ticket. Unless restricted by law, each Selected Entrant(s) will be required to complete and return the Release within thirty (30) days of prize notification. The prize may be forfeited if Selected Entrant(s): (A) cannot be reached; (B) fails to obtain all signatures on the Release and to return documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Terms and Rules; or (C) cannot accept or receive prize for any reason. Winner(s) must execute all required documentation to transfer title of property and automobile into his or her name(s), within the thirty (30) days of prize notification. Winner(s) grant permission for the use of their name(s), photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotion for this and similar promotions without compensation, unless prohibited by law. In the event any selected entrant(s) is found ineligible or forfeits the prize, as described in these Official Rules, an alternate drawing will be held within five (5) business days after verification. If the Selected Entrant(s) is found ineligible, rules of alternate drawing governed by these Official Terms and Rules, and notification will be posted on the website immediately. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE. 5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering the drawing, the entrant(s) agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Rules and the decisions of Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. which shall be final. Winner(s) will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release permitting Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. to use their name(s), photographs, likeness, and voice for promotional purpose in any media without compensation. All winner(s) are required to present proof of identity satisfactory to Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. has sole discretion to determine matches of the name on the winning ticket. There is no purchase necessary, and this raffle is void where prohibited by law. Neither Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. its employees, founders, owners, home & auto owners, investors or any sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, franchisees, service agencies, officers, directors, shareholders, members, representatives, or independent contractors or any of its affiliates are responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner's acceptance or use of any prizes. Winner(s) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. and/or sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholder, employees, agents, affiliates and identities, and home & auto owners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner's acceptance or use of the prizes. ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc WILL BE USED FOR ADMINISTRATION OF THE DRAWING. Wisdom Of The Ages Worldwide, Inc. WILL NOT SHARE, SELL, OR OTHERWISE DISTRIBUTE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY SPONSOR EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE. THIS RAFFLE/DRAWING IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
